Limited Refund Policy for Digital Products

We’re dedicated to offering high-quality brass-playing courses, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we typically do not offer refunds, we understand there can be exceptions.

Digital Products: If you’re unsatisfied, we offer a conditional refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course has been accessed. We encourage you to try out our course samples first to make an informed decision.

Practice Aids and Mouthpieces: Due to hygiene reasons, items that are used in or around the mouth cannot be returned.

Please note: Refund requests for digital products will be reviewed carefully, and we reserve the right to deny requests if the course has been substantially accessed.
