This is a beautiful brass rim designed from a trumpet mouthpiece. Perfect for buzzing exercises. Many trumpet players are only familiar with mouthpiece buzzing and lip buzzing, but NOW you can add a very productive exercise to your practicing routine: RIM BUZZING! (Includes 30 minute tutorial)

Personally, I first started messing around with rim buzzing around beginning of 2018.
I decided to give it a try.
IT WORKS!
1. ENHANCES TONE CENTER
2. IMPROVES RESPONSE
3. HELPS PREVIOUS HIGH SQUEAKS TURN INTO REAL NOTES
4. IMPROVES LIP FLEXIBILITY
5. HELPS OPEN UP YOUR SOUND - BIGGER SOUND
The problem?
Well, there are only 2 or 3 places to get a rim.
Lynn Nicholson wants close to $175 for his xpiece which comes with the rim.
Bob Reeves will cut off your rim on your existing mouthpiece for $155. That is actually how I got started, but not because I wanted a rim to buzz. My mouthpiece is a hybrid so he had to cut my old mouthpiece to make it work.
A few random mouthpiece makers will also do it for $125 and up.
If you ask me...kinda steep.
So, I developed the Sizzle*Rim.
Based on the facts and the data presented above, I am pricing the Sizzle*Rim to be extremely affordable and provide a good result from your practicing with it.
$87 plus Free shipping!

Please note there are no refunds on anything you put in your mouth! If you purchased a device or practice aid that is intended to be put in, on, or around your mouthpiece, it cannot be returned. Even if you say you never put it in your mouthpiece, we have no way to verify this and cannot resell it to another customer.

Would you want to buy our practice aids and devices knowing we took returns on them? Yeah, didn't think so!
